+ How can I ensure I get a spot in one of your clinics?

The best way to make sure you get a spot in a clinic is to sign up for our email list. New registration opportunities are sent out to our email list before they are shared on social media, so you will have a chance to pre register. Last year most of our clinics sold out, so we highly recommend signing up for our mailing list to increase your chances of getting a spot.

+ Do you have a waitlist? How does that work?

If a program is full, a waitlist option will appear where you can enter your email address. If a spot becomes avaliable, we will email our waitlist according to the order in which you signed up.

If you are contacted regarding an opening, the amount of time you have to respond varies depending on how soon the clinic is.

If the clinic is 3+ days away, you have 24 hours to respond. If the clinic is 2 days away, you have 12 hours to respond. If the clinic is less then 48 hours away, you have 2 hours to respond.

If you do not respond in the allotted time frame, we will move on to the next email on our waitlist.

+ When will I receive more detailed information about my specific program/clinic?

We will send out an email no later then 3 days prior to your registered program. This message will list relevant details for the first day of your course and will include a waiver that needs to be completed online prior to your particiation.

+ Do you offer rental bikes?

We may be able to access a bike if you need one, however we do not have bikes on hand and may not be able to help, we will do our best.

+ What kind of bike do I need?

There are three main things we want your bike to have: working brakes, wider tires (not road bike style), and gears. Beyond that, if your bike is safe and you are comfortable on it, it's perfect.

+ What type of pedals do I need?

It's really up to you! We recommend flat pedals because they are better for learning new skills. But if you are comfortable with clipless pedals, that's no problem.

We require you to have a proper fitting helmet that is in good shape. If your helmet is deemed unsafe for any reason, you may be asked not to participate. We also require that you come equipped with a mountain bike that is in safe and functional working condition. Gloves are highly encouraged. Pads are not required but they do provide an extra level of comfort and protection.

+ If it is raining will programs still run?

In almost all cases the answer is YES! We ride rain or shine and we ask that you come prepeared for the weather. If for some reason we are unable to run a session due to weather, you will be informed as soon as possible. We will either rescheduhle or you will be given a credit.

+ Can my child be in a group with their friend?

We do out very best to accomodate requests to group friends together. However, if the children ride at vastly different levels we may ask to separate them. If children who are at different riding levels still want to be in the same group, the more advanced rider will be asked to join the less experianced riding group.

We encourage that children be willing to separate if needed in order to ensure they get the most out of the clinic. Plus, it gives them a chance to grow their group of riding friends!

+ Is a full face helmet required?

Full face helmets are not required. However, they are recommednded for more advanced clinics such as jumping or drops.
